Hon. Dori Contreras

Throughout my legal career, I have been involved with numerous professional and social organizations, many of which I have served in a leadership role. Currently, I am a Texas Bar Foundation Fellow, the Vice-President of the Council of Chief Judges of the State Courts of Appeal, President of Texas Latinx Judges, member of the State Bar Hispanic Lawyers, and Women in the Law sections, Hidalgo County Bar Association, Cameron County Bar Association, Corpus Christi Bar Association, Coastal Bend Women Lawyers Association, San Antonio Bar Association, and Bexar County Women's Bar Association. I have three children and five grandchildren. I enjoy as much time with them as I can. I exercise regularly and enjoy gardening. I am married to Roger Perez, an attorney in San Antonio.
