Hon. Judge A Reagan Clark
A. Reagan Clark has over 38 years judicial experience as a state district judge and county court-at-law judge. Since 1992, as a Former District Judge and presently, as a Senior District Judge, he presides by assignment as a visiting judge in the various courts of the State of Texas along with providing services in alternative dispute resolution as a mediator and arbitrator.
Judge Clark has served as mediator and/or arbitrator in over 1000 disputes involving personal injury claims, property damage claims, property valuation and division matters, commercial controversies, and product liability claims among others.
In addition to the above, he provides services as Master In Chancery to assist the courts and litigants in monitoring and expediting the discovery process in complex multi-party litigation.
Judge Clark draws on his many years of judicial experience along with his experience as a practicing attorney in bringing a unique approach and perspective to assist litigants in resolving disputes.
